SES roll out with Carrefour Belgium for ESL

Carrefour Belgium has recently selected SES to rollout Electronic Shelf Label systems (ESL) through its complete store network (hypermarkets + supermarkets). This contract is the most important ever signed worlwide for such product within the Carrefour Group, in terms of number of stores involved. We, at SES, are particularly satisfied by this decision, which was taken by a team very skilled on ESL systems. The process started with pilot stores, to confirm the Return On Investment (ROI) of ESL systems; Then a comparison between the different ESL technologies available (SES Low Frequency Radio versus Infrared) was made by the equipment of a first group of stores. Their conclusion was very positive on the ROI and confirmed SES solution as the most appropriated one for stores (reliability, easy to use, management costs, ...). It results, by including this complete rollout, that Carrefour Group becomes the first client of SES with a total of 170 stores (France + Belgium + Finiper in Italie), and makes SES the first partner of Carrefour for ESL, by far !! We consider this engagement of Carrefour Belgium as a reward of the quality of our system, our reactivity and our aim to fulfil the desires of our clients.
