 Mr Yves Martin appointed Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer
Mr Philippe Catteau has resigned from his position of Chairman of the Board & C.E.O, due to health reasons; he has recommended his replacement by Mr Yves Martin who had been recruited in May, with that purpose in mind.
Mr Yves Martin was appointed Chairman & C.E.O, by a unanimous decision of the Board. Mr Philippe Catteau remains a shareholder and a Director of SES; he also remains a full time senior executive of the Company, closely involved in its strategy and the management of key accounts. |
