As of February 11, 2008, he will be directly in charge of accounting and finance departments and will supervise all support functions within the Company (Procurement/Logistics, Customer Support, Legal, Human Resources).

Michel Boyer is a graduate of ESC Clermont-Ferrand. He started his career with the Casino Group in the Accounting Department; he was CFO of a subsidiary from 1989 to 1992, and was appointed CFO of the Convenience Stores branch, and, finally, the Hypermarkets branch from 1994 to 1997. Then he joined Club Méditerranée to take worldwide responsibility for Control of Tour Operating activities; in 2001 he is appointed Managing Director of Club Med’s telephone reservation subsidiary and member of the Executive Committee. Since 2006, he was in charge of all Transportation activities in Europe for Club Med and Jet Tours.
